I am from out of town, but i have been to Raben in the past. I have brought other people vehicles there and they were capable of finishing what i asked of them. 

My car however was a different story. 

It was a Saturday. I know that for an oil change that you its first come, first serve. They are open from 7am to 1pm. I called the day before to make sure that they were open and able to help me. They said yes. I dropped my car off at 8am. I called on its status a few hours later, and they got it in at noon. Like most places, they say its about an hour for oil change and tire rotation. I went to Raben at 12:45, and my car was not finished. 

This is why i give 2 stars. It was getting to 1pm, and i was told that my tire rotation will not be completed. They said that they previous person to tighten my lugs tighten them to tight. My oil change cost $75 and i was told that i could come in Monday to have to tire rotation finished. (my oil change was a full synthetic. That is about what it costs to get anywhere.) My thought process is this. If all it took was a few more minutes to properly rotate my tires, they should have done it instead of trying to get out at 1pm on the dot. I was already over my rotation and really needed this to be completed. The ( i think ) head of the shop that day was confused with why they didnt complete this task along with me. I left dissatisfied.

About the best place in town to get work done. Can be slow at times. Justin and Rodney are good to deal with.
