Friendly and helpful drivers.  Timely service between Denver and Steamboat.  I think the other reviewers have pretty high expectations.  Not that they shouldn't expect better, but ltl freight shipping is what it is.  RAC is my company's preferred  shipper for palletized goods coming from Denver.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN PACKAGES SO DESTROYED IN MY LIFE. EVERY PACKAGE I HAVE RECEIVED LOOKS LIKE IT WAS USED FOR TARGET PRACTICE.

They are not very customer friendly.  We had 2 pallets on ticket, only delivered 1, blamed it on the original shipper, which has documentation that shows they received two pallets.  24 hours later, and multipule calls, it magically appears.  TERRIBLE
