I used Rachel's Collision Center twice. I used them about 6 years ago when someone hit my parked car and they done a great job and no problems when I traded my car in. 

The second instance was recent when my parked car was hit and this time I had to use my insurance (as the last incident the owner paid me cash for repair.) They are really easy to work with State Farm and my claim was quickly processed. The repair was done quickly as well. 

I wouldn't hesitate to use Rachel's Collision for any future needs.

Unorganized they have no idea what they're doing. It took them over a month to do a bumper job which should only took two weeks as they said they would. Never keep their word disgusting unorganized all the employees are junkie and go through your cars. Worst place on Earth

Horrible people thieves n junkies stolen out of my car n returning my car late never go there horrible shop a mess n every smoke in the cars wosrt shop i been too i recommend dont go there i have burn holes in my car n i seen someone driving my car are the board walk n i called the police dont trust them stay away junkies in shop

Excellent service with exceptional attention to detail.  Russell Robinson took care of our vehicle on two different occasions and we couldn't be happier.  Integrity coupled with quality workmanship. This place is number one in my book.

They had my car for almost 3 months, saying they had trouble finding parts. Also left it parked in a dirt lot, uner trees, never moving or cleaning off dirt and leaves.
