I was headed out to lunch and my car would not start. Got a jump and headed out. It probably goes without saying that my day wasn't going so well. I headed over to my dealership and shockingly (sarcasm) I was a few days past my warranty and  my certified Cadillac somehow didn't cover battery defects. Note the word defect. A cell was dead which meant a defect not a dead battery. AutoZone was down the road so I headed their way and honestly their service was superior, offered a better product and warranty along with decent  pricing.  They were both friendly and efficient in replacing the battery. No charge for disposal.

Friendly service for the most part.  Bought a wheel bearing but they didn't check the part before I purchased it. Had to return because it was not in good condition. But otherwise staff was helpful.

My check engine light came on late Friday night on way home from work. I had to be at work at 9 the next morning, 50 miles from home. I went to Auto Zone when they opened at 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning. One of the nice employees went right out to my car & checked the codes & have me a printout FOR FREE!  THANK YOU Auto Zone for setting my mind at ease as it was only an emissions code so I was pretty sure I was not going to be stranded out in the middle of nowhere!

They need more employees to help customers more efficiently but besides that, very nice people!

The staff here is top notch! Always so helpful! They have carried a lot of parts in Stock that I haven't found any where else except online. They have really enabled me to save a lot of money on mechanics.
