Horrible customer service. Bought some sandles, tried to return them the next day and they would because they looked like they've been worn, I'm pretty sure they would with everybody in the world trying them on before I bought them. Never will I go back there to shop again.

Very poor customer service.  I bought 4 pairs of boots during the buy 1 get 1 free event after Thanksgiving.  The 2 pair I purchased for myself were too small, and too narrow, despite being the same size I have worn for over 20 years.  When I tried to return them, I was told I could not because I was not returning the free pair with them ("Free" pair was for my daughter).  Both the free and paid for boots were the same price, so I should have been offered 1/2 of the price charged as a refund.  I then tried to exchange for a different pair since they did not have my size in stock but was told I could only exchange for the same item (which they didn't have in my size, remember)... when I asked the associate, who claimed to be the manager and turned out not to be, what I should do with the shoes that did not fit, I was told I could try to sell them.  NEVER have I experienced such a lack of customer service or been treated so disrespectfully (the associate rolled her eyes at me twice while I was trying to come up with a solution).  I was on hold with their corporate office for almost 50 minutes before being able to speak to a representative, who said there should be no problem exchanging them for a pair that was in the sale, as long as it was equal or lesser value.  It took 10 days for them to respond back to me saying they had spoken to the store manager who advised for me to bring the boots back for an exchange.  Why couldn't that have been offered in the beginning?  I really don't want to go back in to that store after the treatment that I received, but since I don't want to loose my money either, I guess I will have to.
