Excellent prices. Lately this Belk, which is the one closest to where I live, is a bit junkie. Hopefully after the holiday season it will be more organized. Always friendly people.

The employees are really helpful and kind. It is not very easy moving around in this store because they have so much stuff out that I could not get Robyn through the mens shoes department and the clothing departments. It was a pretty measurable visit. Maybe someone could do something about it??

Belk is a wonderful place to shop. The women working the registers are so helpful and always kind.

Really rude employees. I waited for 20 minutes and no one would help me. When I finally dragged someone over from a different department, they treated me like I was a convict or something. I hadn't shaved and looked a little sloppy, maybe that was it. Then they wouldn't honor the sales price. Advertised all over the department...and gave me some lame excuse. I just left. On my way out. I asked to see the manager. A different employee said all the managers were at dinner. All? She literally turned her back on me and walked away. There are other stores in the mall, go to any of them, but avoid BELK'S in Oglethorpe Mall Savannah. The place is terrible!
