We used to buy shoes at Rack Room Shoes at the Costco plaza on Southern Boulevard. Until unfortunately this location was transferred to Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. We always found good deals there (buy one at the regular price ,  50% off the other pair). We also saw friendly and helpful people. We then visited the new location and everything was totally different: No good deals and the people there(specially the older lady looked like we were just disturbing her. So much for Rack Room Shoes for us.

I appreciate the service offered here. I bought a pair of shoes at another rack room location in broward. I live in palm beach I came in and could not locate the receipt. They exchanged everything for me with no questions asked.
