I have worked for Radec for the past 17 years and have enjoyed each one of them. The people here treat you with respect and they really do care, it's not lip service. All you need to do to see that this is a very good company to work for is to see how many people employed by Radec have been here for 10 years or more. Enough said. 
You get out of it what you put into it

Initially I hired RADEC Corporation back in 2007 for a job. They had to move our facility and wire it up at our present location. Did a great job.

A horrible working experience all around. If i could leave a zero I would. Does not follow safety codes and doesn't care about quality so long as time table is met. the only good people there are the one who get payed the least.
