The staff at Radiance Medspa Woodbury is professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and put you at ease as soon as you walk through their door.  They offer different monthly specials that make it a little more economical to try other services.  Michele, my aesthetician, did a wonderful job explaining the procedure.  She made sure I was comfortable the whole time.   When I was done, I was relaxed and very happy with the outcome.

Relax, you're in great hands!  You can't stop the hand of time, but you can slow it down with the skilled technicians at this fine med spa.  I've worked with three different professionals here and all have been wonderful.  My heart belongs to Renee when it comes to fillers though!  This place is beautiful and you'll
find the latest technology to help you age gracefully.  Maybe you don't need to  "go under the knife", try going under the needle and lasers first.  A bit slower, but much more natural in the long run.  Skin club is a great product too, however only offered to new "members" twice a year.

I visited this wonderful location and I have to say that I liked the whole staff there! they are friendly and warm and don't try to sell you things you don't need. I will be back and I will bring friends with me. If you are looking for a place that is honest and know their stuff-look no further!

They are welcoming an professional; have a great line of products as well.  Any procedure they offer is explained clearly. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing.

I would not recommend this medspa to anyone.  I am very disappointed in this business.  I have been going here for years and had never complained about anything until now. I had coolsculpting done for the last 3 years on my stomach and had been very pleased for 2 years.  Coolsculpting does not fix the problem area forever like they make it sound, the fat does come back to the area and I was ok with that, so I would go back each year before we went on vacation and it worked very well on me in as little as 3 weeks I would have good results.  This year I went 5 weeks before my vacation and was told they now have shorter sessions with the same results! I also noticed how much smaller the applicator was this time.  I am very disappointed, I had maybe 25% of the result this time compared to the last 2 years.  I did not appreciate being lied to that the new shorter cycle would give the same results.  That is not true.   I went back to complain and show them the lack of results and without even looking I was shown the door and told they would get back to me.   The girl called me back and told me they could not do anything about this.  I am not sure how they could come to a resolution without looking at the area.  I think I should have been told about the shorter, less effective cycles before I went thru with it, and not told it would give the same results as previous years. That was Alot of money wasted on nothing! They are just greedy and dishonest.
