at phresh spa salon, our goal is to provide you with great service and a great experience every time. meeting your needs and busy schedule is our top priority. our spa salon follows a team-based model. this means we won't lock you in to one technician, or put you on a waiting list. honestly, not every technician is a master of all skills, so making the talents of our entire team available to you is critical to providing you great service.

so what makes us so unique?

a big key is what we look for in hiring employees and how we compensate our spa and salon team members. it's based on the entire team's ability to build and grow a loyal guest following, not how much they sell. conversely, at most other salons, employees are paid based on how much they sell in services and products. the more "I" sell, the more "I" make. not at phresh. so, if you can't find the time to see your previous technician, or simply want to try someone else... no worries. we're all just happy to see you back!
