Been with this credit union for 12 years. Hate to say it but im transferring to GTE. This bank still places holds on cash deposits via the ATM, randomly charges me for service charges and wont provide a home loan eventhough I've kept steady income and a nice savings, whereas GTE approved me immediately. This credit union just isnt as convenient as the others in the area.

Been in here almost an hour staff is just walking around like they have nothing to do only came in for something that should have literally taking less than five minutes Awful!!

It takes too long for a check to be processed into your account. The app is so basic and unreliable, it definitely needs to be upgraded. You need to physically be at the business to get any information or documents, apparently you can't print your own transactions or receive them via email. Everyone you interact with (aside from the sales women) are rude and unhelpful. Don't bother calling anyone about an issue you may have because you will either be hung up on, promised a phone call back (to no avail), or simply misguided. I don't think anyone here has been trained properly. This place is a joke and needs to be improved. I've heard a million bad things about it, but tried it anyway since I prefer to trust my own experience not other peoples' judgement. This was definitely a mistake.

The most prehistoric operation I've come across to date. I get direct deposit and with all of my other credit unions funds are available the day before or at midnight on the deposit date. With Railroad, I have to wait until after 8am when the bank opens and flips on the switch for me to even see that my deposit was made. Also, even if I walk inside to deposit a check there is always a 3 business day hold on MY MONEY which makes no sense to me. The website is never accurate or never shows me any pending ACH information available as with other credit unions there system is real-time not Railroads time. There are no acct change options to make changes to my acct ie. Add an authorized user etc. Planning to open an acct wit uh Grow Financial because they make the share holder's life more convenient and easier to be able to see or utilize and mange my acct without having the inconvenience of taking extra time away from my already hectic life and work to handle simple transactions. There really need to step their game up cause right now they're losing the race.
