This relatively small branch is located in a prime location just west of Downtown. The tellers, customer service & loan representatives, and the managers are all very welcoming in the lobby AND drive thru. 

I always leave feeling thankful my finances are with a reputable national bank that still maintains that personal service.....

After my last experience this morning I'm seriously considering taking my money to another bank. Not only was I denied cashing my check and forced to withdraw money instead. There was consideration that I wasn't who I said I was even after verifying account info, debit card, and ID. As a customer of over 8 years with an excellent standing account, I've never felt so disrespected. Bank here if you don't mind terrible customer service and lack of service that doesn't let you use your money how you want to.

I've been with this bank for two years now and have been most pleased with the customer service and the convenience of all of the online services Wells Fargo offers. Thus far, everyone's been courteous and helpful.
