Enjoyed the Crab Cake Sandwich. It was delicious and servers were very polite and friendly.
Food was lousy and disproportionate to what it cost for a simple cheesesteak! Just enough meat to cover the bun, no sauce and hardly any cheese. Wait staff was inattentive. I sat at the bar for lunch, and the guy behind it was more concerned with the ladies sitting off to the right than he was the other of the 6 people there.
Went to Rain last Thursday with about 8 friends. We loved it! We had various appetizers like calamari and hummus with pita; entrees and desserts. Dessert was so good, toffee pudding cake and cheesecake with raspberries and strawberries that we took some to go!!! The waiter was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Definitely would recommend. I'll be back!
I had my son's 18th birthday dinner there. We wanted the buffet for a group of 20. It was perfect. Food was delicious and staff was prompt and courteous.

Food was great for a hotel. Service was excellent, even though they were closing up. Kiarra was the best! Wish they stayed open later, but we had a nice dinner there regardless. Wings were great, got a Buffalo wrap also, and that was very good. Everyone seemed happy with their meal.
As always, a wonderful experience. Thanksgiving with heart and an extensive menu, offered buffet style. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Chefs are always on point. This has become a Thanksgiving tradition for my family. See you again next year Rain Restaurant and Sheraton Hotel North Towson!
Hotel is nice and clean but you must pay for parking. Food at Rain 103 the hotels restaurant was great. Crabcakes are delicious made with lump crab meat cooked Maryland style. Wings are very good.
I bought a Groupon, not knowing this establishment was inside a hotel. We attempted to use it but was told that because they only had 1 cook in the back, we could only eat from the buffet and not the menus...my entire family is vegetarian...there was only sugar packed options or eggs. We left, decided to try back another day. We called ahead for 3 weekends until they finally had a second cook available. The food was not worth the wait or the money. Terrible service. Entirely too unorganized! Corporate/management really needs to step in and get things under control over there.
We ate off the menu for breakfast. Eggs benedict-english muffin was like a rock. The egg white omelette was inedible. Tasted of oil and was soggy and tasteless. Overall a terrible experience and when we said this-nobody attempted to address it.
