We decided on a whim to try WOB for a late lunch/dinner today. Looking at the menu initially, we expected regular sub-par bar food and tons of beer options. WOB more than EXCEEDED our expectations. Justin was the bartender and he took such great care of us. He made exceptional beer recommendations and explained everything on the menu wonderfully. He warned us the food was good and fresh and HE WAS NOT LYING. Every bite was phenomenal! 10 stars for food and service! We will be back
Love the atmosphere here and the bartenders are very nice and welcoming. I come from out of state so this place was very refreshing and the food is great. Suggest the chili with some rice on the side. Cannot go wrong with that.Food: 5/5
Fantastic experience! James, Hannah, and Brooke took great care of us. Our party of 11 was seated within 5 minutes of arrival. Very knowledgeable about craft beers, including NA options. Great food too! This should be your first choice for food and fun in Towson.
How can you call yourself World of beer and not carry a popular beer? Corona!! I will give a A+ the the food was good especially Buffalo cauliflower best I ever had. Waitress looked and acted like she didn't want to be there and it showed in her attentiveness to waiting on the table.Food: 5/5
The food here was truly exceptional. The boneless wings are the freshest I’ve had ever and full of flavor. The fish and chips has set the standard of that dish for me and I doubt I will find another establishment to exceed what WOB offers. The beer selection is plentiful and abound with choices. What truly separates this experience from other 5 star experiences is Justin here at WOB. His knowledge of beers and evident passion completely ties the whole establishment together. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Pretty much any other bar/grill in the area is going to be better. The food is mediocre to bad. The beer selection is good, barring when beers are out of stock. The service is so so, but the prices are way too high for the relatively poor quality of food. Skip this and go anywhere else in the area outside of that circle.
Service was top-notch. Drinks were perfect. Food was flavorful. When I return to Baltimore I will most definitely be back.Food: 5/5
It’s really a lot of beer... almost endless. The Beers on tap are great for flights and sampling something new. Obviously, the staff is super knowledgeable because of the vast array selection. Not to mention the wings are good.. I would have liked to have Lemon Pepper wings on the menu but Dry Rub And Garlic Parmesan are good varieties. Even for happy hour, $10 flights are perfect for trying something new. If you like beer or want to try a IPA, pale ale, Belgium white, etc... you have to come to world of beer. Even if the for one drink.
Got a flight of beer for $17 which seems a bit pricy. When I walked in at 9:45 they were already on last call even though their hours are until 10:30. The bartender gave good beer recommendations.
Recognizing most the TVs should be turned to the local team, I asked if I could have a side TV turned to the 49ers and Saints game. The answer was no, and so I asked if another TV on the other side could be turned. The rude bar tender simply laughed and said he couldn't do that without knowing which game it was. Eventually, he turned it to the Dolphins v Jets game instead. As for the food - sub par, overcooked even for bar food. Our waiter was very polite, even if he didn't manage water and table cleaning at all. I had to hand him our plates and trays while he brought more. The beer menu is extensive. Not worth the parking.
