Customer service is always great clerks see you standing on an isle they ask if you need help. They are also very friendly and warm. Popcorn is a great touch also. Love it

I always liked the store but they need to have more things for cats.   They have isles and isles of things for dogs of course but only one isles for cats (typical).  more people own cats than we realize but not enough products are made available for owners to choose from for such a complex being as a cat.  Please consider learning more about cats and adding some products and  be sure and order  CAT GRASS as i have been there twice after driving from Cloverdale just for my cat.  Thank You.

Love anything for animals at rainbow Ag, we love it there! You spend $25 10 times you get a free $25 dollars, that works great when you're buying pet food cause we all know how expensive pet food can get!
