If I have a choice of very poor I would have chosen it. This att office is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT from the beginning..... the staff are unfriendly, rude, would not even acknowledge when a costumer comes in and waiting to speak to a representative to just even say someone will be with you or have you been help. I know that they are busy but at least acknowledge the costumer, instead of just look at you and say nothing and pretend that they did not see you. I was there for 45 minute and up going home so pist off

Worst service ever! I’ve been waiting for them to install my WiFi for about 2 weeks now and they haven’t yet came to put it on yet! They just call and say, “ oh we’re sorry, but we’re kinda behind”.  It’s been two damn weeks. This service sucks !!!!!!
