Went above and beyond. My mother was in town for a month and we could not drive her anywhere since we both work. Rainbow was excellent and took great care of her getting her around while we could not. Staff was very friendly and understanding. It's clear they really care about the service and my mom thought all the drivers were very sweet and caring.

Having used Rainbow cab twice for PHL airport service we have no complaints about drivers or promptness.  However we will never use this company again due to the extreme hostility of the dispatcher.  Arriving in PHL on an international flight we called Rainbow from baggage claim as directed and then had to proceed through customs, a long and taxing process.  When we finally went out to where the dispatcher directed us there was no Rainbow cab. When I called Rainbow  the dispatcher unloaded a screeching and nasty tirade upon us angrily shouted that the driver had left. Thus, after a twelve hour journey we were left with our bags and no ride.
When I responded to this contemptible woman that we will never use this company again I meant that.
Rainbow, consider an inservice for your dispatchers in human relations. After a twelve hour journey  the last thing a traveler needs is to hear a nasty screeching voice announce in a spiteful tone that our scheduled ride has dumped us at the airport. Never again !

I had a last minute trip I decided to take and rainbow cab came to the rescue! 
The driver was to my house in less than 15minutes and got me to the airport in no time. Such a courteous and friendly fella too! 
I already booked a ride when I return from my trip! Can’t wait to use them in the future.

they are the worst we asked for a ride and they said they came and honked but we were waiting outsid etrhe whole time and they never came and then we tried to call them to tell them that they never came and they said we were imature kids and hung up
