My experience with this place was by far the worst the cashier had a very bad attitude she spoke to me as if I was a child. I understand everyone has bad days every once in a while but to make a customer feel like they aren’t welcome isn’t acceptable by far i will never go back to that place

I love this place. Only thing is I wish they could have a ramp to go downstairs because I usually bring my daughter who is still in a stroller. I had to carry her in it up n down those steps.. Hurt my back doing that. Especially since I wanted to buy so much and it was heavy. They need a ramp n dressing room downstairs so anyone in my position don't need to travel up n down constantly. I was so scared I would trip n fall with my daughter. I want to go back but I can't deal with the struggle and no help.

I went in there yesterday for a bathing suit for my daughters, couldn't find one so I just got them outfits...when I get to the desk the lady was very nice and she told me where I could get a bathing suit from...now when I get to work I noticed the security pin is still on there, I'm a little irritated because I had work the next morning and would have to rush there before work..I get to the desk, I say hello and  excuse me and there's four employees behind the desk and none of them assisted me or knowledge I was there..so I say hello a little louder then I get an attitude from the same lady who told me about the bathing suits the other day...she asked for my receipt and was rude about it I will never go back to that store again...worst customer service ever
