DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We made an appointment on Saturday with a window between 12-4pm so we flew in from Texas just for this appointment. After calling a couple of times to confirm appointment I get a call saying they are running late and would be 6pm then 8pm then 10 pm....after waiting all day from noon for them to show up they call at 8pm to say they aren’t coming. Told them we flew in from out of state just for this appointment they said “0h well we can come you will need to reschedule for next week”. Told them our flight was leaving at 10am Sunday and we can’t change flight they said “then sue us”!!!! House is being sold and things needed to be removed...they didn’t care!!!

Do not use Rainbow Movers. We were supposed to have five movers. Four movers and a kid showed up, they complained the entire time and when we said something to them about it they left without getting the job done. The also messed up our newly painted walls and wood stairs. When we called the office the owner told us he wouldn't speak to us about it and not to call back again. The most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with.

Used Rainbow Movers in Oviedo to move my husband parents into assisted living in orlando. The guys were patient, organized, and helpful. More importantly, they knew how to get the job done quick.
