Do not use this company- total scam. The two movers were nice guys in general but the company completely scams you by giving you a horribly off estimate and then tell you it’s “ just an estimate “. I received an email estimating 396 for two hours with truck fee- 3-4 hours to move a 2 bedroom. what is the point of an estimate if it’s not even close?! That was my total estimate in the email I received. I ended up paying 1,000 for almost 8 hours- to move a 2 bedroom apartment which I had packed by myself before they arrived- with boxes sealed and labeled. Movers were hired to move 2 beds, couch, kitchen table, coffee table, side table, and the pre packed and sealed boxes. I was moving to the NEXT town, 18 minute drive. When I called after 4 hours of them still being at the first residence/apartment - they were very rude- non hospitable on the phone and waited until more than halfway into the job to demand cash before continuing- Which they never mentioned prior- not once. They waited until 6 hours in and said they will not unload the truck unless I pay cash- not check after I complained on the phone about this taking way too long for a 2 bedroom. When I said they never mentioned it before And i have a child, I’m 8 months pregnant- take a check- it was their fault for not mentioning it- they said “ you’re just wasting your own time” on the phone. Job took much longer than it should have based on what I was moving- elevator was shut down just for them so it’s not like they had to wait for it at all- the company was just unbelievably nasty people. My bed was scratched up at the corner and torn can insert picture, not everything was wrapped- couch seats were laid in truck unwrapped—— once again- not trying to throw the guys under the bus but maybe you should have three or four men on the job - not two?!? Something is wrong if it takes 8 hours to move a 2 bedroom locally with packed boxes and 18 min commute.  when you book them they’re nice and hospitable and then turn nasty when they don’t do their own job. 

They threatened to not unload anything when it was dark out if I didn’t take out cash which they never told in advance before coming- who does that?!? When they say “ oh well “ to not telling you in advance about it. I only signed a paper about hourly rate it did not say anywhere must be cash - and estimate was COMPLETELY OFF for a 2 bedroom. Then they waited around for me to find cash- charging me by the minute. Just to take more time. i can’t emphasize how much of a scam they are.

Lousy company!!! Never using them again!!!!! They make you wait around just to rip you off. Who honestly moves locally from a 2 bedroom with pre packed boxes and has to pay 1,000 ?!?!? Who takes 8 hours as a professional company to complete a small job like this?  And I was PACKED. Completely. They didn’t have to pack. Ridicuolous company.
