I've been taking my cars in for various repairs to this Rainbow Muffler shop in Sandusky. I return because I am treated with courtesy and respect each time I visit. My repairs are completed in suitable time frames, with the price of those repairs being reasonable.

As a woman, I am always concerned that those in the car repair business will try to give me a snow job, but I have no such concerns at Rainbow Muffler because the mechanics and manager take the time to explain things fully and answer all my questions.

I will continue to take my car repair business here and I encourage others to do the same.

I am currently stuck in a 4 month fiasco with this location involving them putting ridiculously loud exhausts on my car that smack and bang everywhere. I made it very clear from the beginning I needed a stock sounding exhaust, but instead they made a straight pipe with a race muffler. I've returned 7 different times and they have tried 5 different exhausts most recently having to return to them after the muffler split apart completely. Not to mention they welded to the seat pan in the back of the car and caught the foam under the seat on fire. I'm completely fed up with their attitude and their corporate not responding to any communication about their manager being a complete jerk about ever step in this headache. I regret ever going to them and just want it to go away

I have a 1986 chevrolet caprice classic, i had just arrived from Australia and purchased the vehicle and it had a stock single system on it, i wanted a duel system with a great note....the boys at rainbow gave me some advice for different mufflers and exhaust with which i settled on a 2" dual system with a pair of "twister" mufflers and it sounds great, i watched them do it from start to finish and they were proffessional and courteous, and custome made my exhaust to exactly what i wanted. I have been back to have other work done and it has been done with no compaints, including brake relines, air condition re-gassing, brake line replacement, because my car being an older vehicle had rusted out behind the ifferential so they replaced the whole rear line...alos their prices are very competative, i will continue to go there in the future for any work that needs to be done....my fuel economy has improved by 5 miles per gallon...thanks Rainbow!
