I've been using District Tire for several years now and like and trust them with all my vehicles, they offer great deals and always go above and beyond to make sure me and my family are safe.

Took my car for Alignment. Got all 4 tires, done in 40 minutes. Got a print out of the outcome. Computer not working for bills. Have to go back again to pick up the bill. Accepted credit card. Nice, efficient people.

I must say that prior to today District Tire would have been a 5 star. And I hate to judge them harshly on today's experience only. However, I felt that "John" was very rude and non understanding. I had one of my employees bring a work vehicle with TWO nails in the tire to District Tire in July. I made it clear to my employee to let District Tire know that there were TWO nails in the tire. When my employee returned I asked for receipt and noted they only made one repair. I asked my employee about it and he stated that the service rep said only one was needed. I was frustrated with my employee because I was very clear that there was TWO nails. He explained that he made sure to mention it and that's what they told him. Well as it turns out like two days later same tire and the low pressure light came on. I was extremely frustrated. We have been so busy that we did not have time to lose our vehicle so we carried around a compressor and would fill it up as needed which depended on where/how we parked it. Not the end of the world. So today as time permitted and since we found it flat I put air in and I had my employee take it in again to have it repaired. So I was told that they could not repair and would require a new tire. So now I am even more upset at the wasted time and also additional expense that should have been handled initially. John proceeds to tell me about how he is NOT going to "give me a tire". I didn't ask that and honesty the right thing to do was to meet me halfway in my opinion. But his tone was rude and his inability to accept that this was essentially due to not being correct in the first place has left me with a bad taste.
