Not happy with order. I asked for fresh food and was told everything was made to order. WRONG, I received brown fries and lukewarm chicken. Called about it and was told.. "oh your chicken was probably fresh when we put it in the box." Um, no it wasn't Ms. Claire. Also, she stated my fries would be replaced. The chicken didn't taste good or fresh! Not pleased. I love the one on Government St. better.

I love canes but. I refuse to. Eat at this local canes when the emoplyee named Kigean Holiday is on shift 
Reason for this : He told me when i was preganct with my first child that he hoped it died and that it would be a disgrace to this world. He said this publicly to all his friends and thin acted like a little kid on social meida. And i personally never done anything wrong to him beside to try to be his friend in middle school so this is very childish of him and he does not know how to grow up at all and due to his comment. I am terrifed to eat here if he is on shift because i dont trust him handling my food. I am terrifed he may tamper with it or posion it. 

Other thin that any other emoplyee here has. 100% excellent service and the food is great. On the other employees shifts that kegian dont work on

Very friendly staff.  This is saying a lot for fast food... the food was good, the tea is a little bitter in my opinion, but I think that is the case at most Cain's units.  Good french fries, fresh cooked chicken strips and killer sauce are all reasons to go to Cain's.
