The crew members seem to care more about hitting on customers and joking around with each other than getting the orders completed. All trips here I have ordered online. I wait the time it says, then drive to the location and then wait 15-30 more minutes for the order. Wings are only semi warm by the time you get them. On the bright side, in the 3 times I've been here, my order was correct. Can't say that for McDonalds.....

Its one of the better wingstops. The open space makes it a bit more comfortable than the smaller ones. The dark colors can make them feel dirty sometimes. The food is usually average to good. It tastes better earlier in the day because the grease is fresh. You can order online and pay at the store to avoid the wait. The employees are usually in a good mood, unless they just dealt with a bad customer. Overall I would recommend eating here

Very poor customer service, this location is always running out of rolls, brownies, and chicken with over an hour left till closing time. Some of employees seem slow and you have to repeat yourself so they can understand. Tonight was the last time I shall visit this establishment. I drive 20 miles only to wait another 15 minutes to find out that they don't have all of my order again! So I left and placed my order with the store in Central and they were fast polite and the store itself was much cleaner than the one in Zachary.

Inedible. Everything tasted like pure salt. Not 100% sure if they got the order wrong, because everything just tasted like salt, but I'm pretty sure they did.
