"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

Had a buy 1 get 1 free on my student discount card but the cashier didn't honor it. : But besides that, always fun hittin Rally's for a late night bite!

Paid $20 for food and couldn't eat anything besides the fries and coney dog. Chicken sandwiches were hard as a rock, chicken in the chicken and fry box was terribly old... disgusting. How does that happen? Tried to call but no one answered. Disappointing

This is the slowest restaurant I think I've been too. The workers stand around half the time talking when they have customers in line waiting for food. They need some new management or something to straighten this place out. I've always liked it but now they're just really slow and they act like they hate working there.

At least once every 2 weeks what has to be the same person throws their rally's trash out their car window on my rural road. This from the Bloomington Indiana location.  There is usually a time and date stamped receipt attached to the bag. Do you have video to accompany the register for that Receipt?

I ordered ahead of time and went to the line and waited over 45 minutes. The people that were drive thru were getting served left and right but the people who called and paid ahead of time sat there for 45 minutes to an hour. My husband was on his lunch break and had to get back and ended up getting in trouble because we didn't think it would be that long. I like the food but the customer service is definitely outrageous. People were moving slower than a sloth and didn't seem to care. At all. Then when I got my food half of my funnell fries were scorching hot at both ends and stone cold in the center. I paid 45 dollars plus a tip. Definitely won't be leaving anymore tips and that's even IF I go back there. You want fast food go to McDonald's or literally anywhere else. Half the price and definitely half the wait time
