Got in line and ordered no issue. Only problem is I didn't recieve complete order. I was missing the Brownie Cookie or whatever it's called. I don't stay out that way but work in that direction. I kept calling and nobody answers the phone. I could've came and gotten it on my way home from work tomorrow. I hate paying for food and get all the way home to realize something is missing.
Wow....not good 7 minutes to get to the order window. Asked for no cheese on the chicken sandwich. She then told me she had no coin change...so I am out 42 cents. Then they had all the cars going to the other drive through to pick up the food...yea. My order receipt said 12:32p....I didn't get my food until 12:50p. While waiting in line the kitchen staff opened the side door and tossed cardboard boxes out into the side of the car behind me. When I got down the road now out of time for lunch and opened the bag to try to shovel in some food and the fries had been put in upside down and spilled all over. The chicken sandwich had cheese. The Rally burger was drowned in mayonnaise..... Pretty much the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
The young lady was very rude for 30mins she didn’t come to the app/ pickup delivery line.. when she finally did come to the window she told me they wasn’t doing any door dash orders it needs to be a manger and hard works working at night. Now to top it off i had to cancel my door dashes order after sitting for a hour because I couldn’t get out the line
I recently tried to make a online order through the app upon arrival in the pickup line so it can be ready when i pulled up, when i got there they made us sit at the window for 8 minutesthere was no line. When someone finally came they told us there were no online orders that went through. So next I was just going to get in the line because it was only 2 cars waiting in the other drive-thru lane. I pull around it says they close at 4am on google, and soon as i pulled back around somebody got on the speaker and said “we closed”.. apparently they closed early at 3:40 because they didnt want to make my order
They declined to honor their offer for completing their customer survey, saying the rules were changed after I was emailed the QR code. Strikes me as fraud. I left without buying anything.
Been awhile since I'd ate there, burger and fries were good, not sure why I don't frequent it more often.
Don’t go if you hate greesy food but it does taste good but line is long sometimes
Good drive thru and fast enough. Fries are good. The entire menu is not diet friendly. It's good though. Vegetarian options: It's a burger joint. They did have a veggie burger.
Person on pa said he can’t take out order and he was told by the manager but wouldn’t let us talk to the he manager.
Very quick with my order and was good and hot.Food: 5/5
