Always a long line here and they are not the fastest. Update: stopped in for breakfast,  lines are still long so I ordered curbside, food was fresh and prepared well.  Pro Tip: Order via the App and do curbside. Park in one of the numbered spaces and have them bring your items out. While the others are still waiting just to place an order, you will have received your food and left.  #TiaTriedIt

Once you've spent half your life eating at McDonald's, your tastebuds change, so my husband and I only eat the 20 piece nugget meal now to share. They have the best nuggets! Don't get me wrong, all the food is good, and you will enjoy whatever you get. Happy Eating!!Food: 5/5

Worst location ever. I got charged twice after ordering on the all. Claimed my payment did not go through and it did so I paid again!! On top of that your drive thru girl is rude as heck and should not work in customer service! I work in a restaurant and that behavior would not fly! She rolled her eyes and slammed the door when I asked for a manager to confirm about my payment. After all that my fries were ice cold.

Usually fast service, order correct and clean, although employees weren't the happiest or nicest but still did a good job and weren''t rude. Keep your employees happy and treat them better!

Sometimes this place is perfect with food quality, but other times like today 12-28-22, it's TERRIBLE!!!! The manager an older blk lady, is rude and serving stale food. The biscuit was so old it was hard, the orange juice tasted more like Hi C... and the sausage burritos were mostly burrito.. ridiculous! The hashbrowns were hot though. Get it together. We pay for fresh food .. please serve it fresh!!!!

This restaurant location does not honor the corporate restaurant dining-in hours located on the door. I called to ask about the discrepancy and was told that the hours change every day, and this location is knowing okay with the hours on the door being inaccurate.  This is also frustrating for DoorDash delivery, because it requires that the delivery person wait in line to pick up the order.  I would be less frustrated if there was a sign to let the public know that the hours at this location are custom. Instead, this is very confusing and frustrating to stumble upon.

This McDonald's has been the best one my husband & I have gone to since living in Cleveland. They have consistently made our orders correct and timely. We don't go often maybe ..once a month specifically for milkshakes &frappes and have only been told once the machine was down with that being said it was very late at night, like 11pm. They're also very good about our food order.. anytime we go it's great. Fries are 50/50 on being extra hot but I also based that around the time of day and if they haven't been super busy. . Overall super happy with this fast food location! Thank you!  Parking: Plenty of room.. always.

I have visited this McDonald's location periodically over the years if in the area. Happen to be in the area on Thursday for breakfast around 8am, so I grabbed my mom, breakfast sandwich McMuffins. The McMuffins were fluffy, freshly cooked and piping hot. The deliciousness brought me back on the following day during the 10 o' clock hour...the drive-thru was very busy; packed. I checked the bag to make certain all the items were present but fifteen minutes later, were the McMuffins were unpacked, I discovered they burnt bad. Someone saw these burnt McMuffins and thought it was okay to serve. I wonder how would the cook feel if they were served burnt food. I called to inform the manager on duty, Joanne, and I drove back to return the items for a refund. She initially wanted to know if she could put me down in their books for replacements in the future. I told her I would never be back and I wanted the manager to know what happened!  I just read all of the horrible reviews on Yelp and burnt food with poor customer service apparently has been served for years at this location. It seemed to be seniors on staff for breakfast. My goodness, what can they show the youngsters who come to work there. Does anyone care anymore about good customer service and excellent food service.

Stopped in early morning while waiting for some auto maintenance next door. Older crowd at this time of the day ... plenty of room to relax.  Had a Sausage & egg McMuffin meal ... classic & consistent. Ready in 2 minutes.
