Ralph Dunkley has been my agent now for almost 20 years. State Farm as a company has been very competitive with their pricing and fair on their rates. The multiple discounts you get are also very helpful so it's best to keep as many policy's here as possible. Every claim i ever filed has been covered with nearly no hassels so hope it helps when you consider agents.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with Ralph, and quickly realized why the rest of his family act the way the way they do.  You should be ashamed of the way you act and the way you raised your family.

After years of being with another company, I decided to get a quote from Ralph Dunkley @ State Farm. I was shocked that I was quoted almost $100 LESS per month than the company I was with for close to 15 years!! Ralph and his staff have been a pleasure to work with. I had some lien holder changes and it was taken care of immediately. All info was faxed to me and my credit union the same day. Also, my payments are taken out each month without issue and on the date I chose. I have really been happy with my experience with Ralph and his office. My family has been State Farm clients for over 45 years. I'm so glad I finally decided to call Ralph!!!

Very frusterated and disappointed! I had to change my account info and they said they had my new info on record, well when it came to my bill being due, they hadn't automatically taken it out of my bank account like the said they would and didnt let me know that they "couldnt" until two days before they planned on canceling my insurance, then charged me $200 more than what I owed. They said that they didnt have my info on file. I have called them multiple times to give them the SAME info for my account and they never seem to have it on file each month. They cant even get my new address correct. On top of that each month my insurance bill is a different price (more each month), this "assistant" claims that new stuff keeps popping up.  Sadly, Ralph is a great agent and cares about your needs, but his assistant (I think she is) that I have talked to each time and is responsible for these mistakes is just down right horrible. Not only can she not get my right info on their files, everytime I ask to talk to Ralph I get the run around and told he is busy or not in. Got to the point where me AND my family members are so frusterated that we have just switched insurance companies all together.
