This is the WORST state farm branch. They are not responsive, they do not work in a timely fashion. Very unprofessional.

I have had my auto and renters insurance with Vicki Tuua and Her Team for about 2 years now.  They are amazing!  It has been a great experience.  Vicki and Her Team Members are very respectful and are always there to help.  Thank you Vicki and The Team.

I've been a client with Vicki since 1999 and have to say, I've had a completely different experience compared to the reviews from other users. In my experience whenever I need to speak with Vicki, I have to go to the office because I don't hear back from anyone. I hope other users can get better service.
