One of their trucks pulling double belly dumps cut my wife off on Bangerter, ran her off the road. Once she had her car under control she was now behind him and all the rocks falling off his truck shattered her windshield. The highway patrol suggested we call the company. Lol, good luck with that. This company is a joke. At first he played stupid like they don’t have these kind of trucks, he then transferred us to the woman in charge (Kate) who is an even bigger joke. License plate #, truck #, picture of the truck. They deny it.They don’t care how much they destroyed your vehicle.  Stear clear of this circus of a company.

The customer service, or lack thereof I should say is horrible.  They unlike other reputable companies don't want to take care of issues they cause.  They try to pass the buck, and get down right rude. Yeah, Kate I'm talking about you!  I hope these reviews will help you understand the lack respect your company has for people. I'm sure Ralph would have handled this a lot better, and would be very disappointed in the way you guys have disrespected his name and legacy!

Wish there was a way to give them a 0 star rating! I cannot believe the way you conduct business. The most unprofessional leadership I have ever heard of from the top down. The way they treat people, I wouldn't trust them at all. Never hire this company.

The Ralph Smith Co has set the new low for dealing with the public. They believe they have rights to all the highways and can do damage to anyone's car on the highway without recourse. KATE in the office will offer to call the police on you if you try to have conversation of the problems they caused. I would hope all people that do business with this company realize they take no responsibility for their actions. Sam and Kate, is this what they teach you in church?
