Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Staff in the store, measurement, and installation. We re-carpeted our entire home, it was a great experience. Great selection, great people, highly recommended.

Both very good service and not great service. I do think there is some honest trying here, but we had large problems that were handled with a high degree of unprofessional installation and severe problems with communication.

We have remodeled several houses and have used Kay Riley for our flooring needs every time. The showroom is beautiful, the staff are knowledge, and the installers we had were very skilled professionals. Deciding on the wood floor for our most recent remodeling project took a lot of time and thought and we spent many hours in the showroom, evaluating all of our options. The Kay Riley team was incredibly supportive through the whole process and we couldn't be happier with how our project turned out.

My experience with Kay Riley Flooring has been first rate. They took care of me from start to finish. I love my hardwood floors and how they look in my home. I would recommend them to anyone searching for flooring needs. 👍
