Recommend this hotel. Clean, very comfortable bed and the location is good. You still have to drive everywhere - but at least it is a short drive from here. Pool was good - deep at one end and hot as a bath! Staff were all good. Downsides are the bathrooms are quite small and it isn't environmentally friendly, e.g. at breakfast they use paper plates rather than reusable crockery, but overall the hotel is very good.

Visited Ramada Naples with my son and we had a great experience. Location was good. Shopping five minutes away. Five minutes to the beach too. Clean hotel with a nice pool area and professional service minded staff. Seems to be located in a calm area. Nothing disturbed us at all.

Very beautiful and well-kept motel. The staff is friendly and accommodating...on our second night, we realized that the air unit was malfunctioning and the carpet had become wet. After explaining the situation to the desk clerk, we were told by the manager personally that maintenance would go to the room BUT we were going to be placed in another room! It was a concern that the room would be moldy due to the excess moisture---Kudos to this hotel! Top-rate customer service. Thank you for considering our health and comfort during our vacation.

Staying here for many years. Staff is always super friendly, rooms are always clean, courtyard is well maintained, pool area is great, free breakfast is okay, Lowdermilk Beach is just around the corner, Coastland Center is around the corner, Naples pier is around the corner, parking is free and plenty of space, rates are very reasonable. Will definitely come back next time.

Full Review: I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. At first, when we came I wasn't fond of the 2-story structure (not used to it) but I really enjoyed the quick access to getting outside rather than having to go up and down the elevator or stairs. The front desk associate was very nice and friendly when we checked in and out. The breakfast was a good variety as well. Enough that you could eat something different every day. The towels, soap, garbage, and other small stuff were done everyday and the sheets were changed every other day like clockwork. They had ice machines and snack machines right at the corner of the building which was also great. The fridge was a nice size to stock some extra food (as we mostly ate out). Their restaurant Catch 41 I believe had some REALLY good food as well. They of course have a gym and pool (that we really didn't use but good to know it was there). Also, this hotel is REALLY close to everything! We spent very little on gas because the Naples Zoo, the mall, the beach and the Publix plaza were so close. Most of the major attractions (and restaurants) are 10-15 minutes away sometimes even less. The only downside was the size of the bathroom which was a little smaller than most hotel bathrooms but was a small price to pay. We also had an issue with the air condition running water but they offered to switch us to another room right away or get the AC fixed so that was a quick resolve. Overall, it is a great hotel for the price. We enjoyed our stay!
