Shady place. Every time I stay there it smells like marijuana. I didn't get a receipt when checking out. I never feel safe there. The front desk is only there to check you in, take your money and give you the keys. They couldn't care less about your stay or any questions you have. The only good thing about this place is that it's cheaper than most LAX area hotels. Drive down a few exits south on the 405 and stay in Torrance. The extra 15 minutes it takes to get to the airport will be worth it.

Rooms look decent, not worth the 120 price tag. Level 1 room have ants & other insects. A/c took hours to cool down the room. Windows hard to open. TV remote didn't work when first checked in. Gym cardio machines all weren't working. Called at 945pm was told gym was closed but the sign says 11pm. Pool is closed. Pretty much a waste of money. Toilet doesn't flush unless u hold it down

Beautiful, clean, modern and upscale hotel. There is an amazing layered waterfall in the central courtyard of the hotel. A large lobby, excellent restaurant, store for amenities, 3 floor parking garage and sparkling clean outdoor pool round out a fantastic hotel. You will love the rooms. Free wifi does not reach all the rooms.

The ramada is a decent hotel. It has all your regular amenities however the bed was not the best and the bathrooms just needed updating. For the price it wasn't a bad hotel as I booked last minute and it was one of the few not over priced. The restraunt downstairs was actually good. I had it one night and the food was actually not over priced.

Wish I could give O stars.  Worst Hotel stay ever!!  On 10/14/17 We checked into Ramada Inn/ Hawthorne,at approx 12am on 10/15/17 we heard an alarm. We had no idea what was going on but exited our room.  On our way down we encountered many other guests who looked just as "puzzled" as we were.  We took the stairs down to the lobby and waited outside the lobby.  Many other guests were also standing outside carrying small children.  We had no idea if it was a true emergency. The fire alarm continued for a good 10 minutes.  Not once did a staff member tell us what was going on or even clear us to return to our rooms. This was all on top of very outdated rooms with no towels, non-working lights, and non-working elevators.  When I called to share my experience with the hotel manager, she basically blamed the front desk employee.  I was very glad it was not a true emergency because had it been one it could have turned very bad!
