Excellent service and accommodations. I would definitely stay again. Your hotel staff is excellent! The only issue we had was with your email messaging site. Every time I emailed someone, I received a completely different answer than when I called and/or spoke to someone in person at the hotel. I understand that those emails come from a central hub but if I believed everything that was emailed to me I would have never stayed at your hotel.

The location is very convenient. Great parking. You have everything you need within walking distance. All the hotel staff is very helpful and very cheerful. I will definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful hotel with a European feel. Desk staff were congenial, helpful and professional. Restaurant food was good. Room was very comfortable. Only issue that caused me to grade it a 4 vs. 5 was our room was located where we heard freeway noise. Not loud but you could hear it. A little more attention needs to be given to maid services cleaning room and replacing used face cloths and towels. We had to request them since there were none left after our first night and we purposely put the used cloths in the tub. To be fair though, when we asked, our maid was more than happy to supply us with what we needed. We just had to search her out.

The hotel is a beautiful property located conveniently close to the freeway. Room was nicely appointed with a good bed and very high ceilings giving a feeling of spaciousness. The hotel lacks the included breakfast and free happy hour that some of the Ayres properties offer, which is unfortunate, but there is an on-site restaurant. I enjoyed a cocktail and tasty snack at the bar upon arrival, reasonably priced, served by a pleasant bartender. The modest charge for parking is understandable given the location, however the equipment needs some repair - the Hindry Avenue gate to the northern parking lot would never open with the use of the parking pass, and it was necessary to pull a ticket each time to get in. More importantly, the parking pass worked fine to actuate the gate when exiting the property, so it wasn't really a big deal..

Beautiful place. We live in the area, knew the Hotel existed, but did not know how amazing it was inside. Great accommodation, great service... great stay.
