I was very pleased with both my salesman, Darrell, and finance officer, Faith, at Ramey Richlands. Their attitudes were very professional and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the process of getting me with the car I had selected.  I can recommend this dealership.

I would not recommend Ramey's of Richland's for there service because I went in for a sticker and an hour and a half later was informed my brakes and rotors were so bad they couldn't put a sticker on it but did anyhow when I told them my husband would take care of it. We took our 2015 Chevy Silverado back to Ramey's in Princeton where we just purchased in December and they checked the brakes and we were told that we had double the required thickness of the pads required by law. Richland's Ramey's is a rip-off they also charged me $25.00 to change a license plate bulb. I will not be back even if I break down in front of their door.

Go see Eddie salesman, he is great. Gets you the best deal, he is not pushy. Aaron in finance is sweet and very helpful.

I'm 70 years old. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. Buying my car from Ramey was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had.  Thanks to All.
