Stranded on I-77 towing a trailer with my 2012 Tahoe escaping from hurricane Irma...hobbled back to the Princeton exit...took the Tahoe in to the service department (previously had the same issue twice at 20K and 30K miles and now at 40K) which was "fixed" at Phil Smith Chevy in FLL---NOT!!!  Was lucky to get Tommy as my mechanic at Ramey.  Diagnosed the ACTUAL problem gave me the option to put a band aid on it with a new spark plug (like Phil Smith did without telling me) or ask GM to cover the fix which was an engine rebuild!!! December 2014 bulletin!---now out of warranty of course... Of course Phil Smith in FLA would not tell me this because it would cost them warranty work hours.  "Let his warranty run out and then we can charge him $15K for the 2 week engine rebuild!" Thanks Phil Smith Chevy!  You owe me! 
Anyway, Tommy was a genius in  figuring out the actual problem and giving me the options.  He was super nice and super helpful.  Ask for him if you need service work.  
At the end of the day I had a low mileage piece of junk so I traded it in and drove out with a new Tahoe that evening.  Rex, my sales rep was extremely helpful and patient.  If you're going to buy a car at this location ask for Rex!  Thanks to everyone at this dealership who helped me get back to Florida after Hurricane Irma!

It started with a warm greeting from the service reps upon my arrival.
I feel very welcome and appreciated as a customer at this dealership.
My required maintenance request was documented and I was on my way in minutes.
Completion was about two hours later.
I was taken home in the courtesy van with virtually no wait.
Upon completion of the service, I was picked up at my home and taken back to the dealership with minimal delay.
All of my expectations were met and I shall return as needed to get the quality care I need for my vehicles.
In the past two years, I have purchased and/or leased four vehicles from Ramey. 
I will also share my great sales and service experiences with my friends and family.
Ramey is my dealership of choice for good reasons. I am treated well and get great deals.

I was pleased with the work they did. I am proud of my vehicle and so were they as it carries their name. I tell my friends about their professional service and the friendly folks that work there.
