George was able to correct braking and suspension problems with my 10-year old Toyota in a single visit at lower costs than I had been quoted by other shops. He and his men were all courteous and professional, giving me alternatives to consider to keep costs down without risking safety.  I will definitely go back to Ramos in the future!

Ramos, I would recommend him to anyone. He is easy to talk too and works for your best interest.

This is probably the worst company you can do business with. They take a whole week just to tell you whats wrong with the car. They dont return phone calls. Then they give you the run around. I gave them my car on tuesday they called me Wednesday and told me that they need me to come in and drive with the mechanic so he can see whats wrong. When I arrived I had to wait 40 minutes for him to come back to the shop with mcdonalds. Save your money and go elsewhere

This is defiantly the worst mechanic you can possibly go to.  First they held my car for 2 weeks when I was told it would only take 3 days.  Next they went far over budget.  My calls went unanswered and no matter how many messages I left I never got a call back.  When my car was returned to me I was not satisfied the work they preformed.  And to add insult to injury they stole everything out of my car, loose change to cd's and when I told Roberto the owner he brushed me off and said the people hanging around the shop do that. Really? Please save yourself the trouble and don't go to this mechanic.

I highly recommend bringing your business Roberto Ramos, his lovely wife, and his team of expert mechanics. 

I was bringing my car (2005 Toyota Solara convertible) to a national chain in Montclair and found that they were less than straight with me in their diagnoses of my car's issues. We found Roberto and I instantly trusted him and his staff. This was key for my fiancee and me.

I needed a timing belt replaced and Roberto told me in advance with perfect clarity what that meant (water pumps and other technologies had to be replaced as part of the complete timing belt replacement) so that there were no surprises. His prices were about $300 cheaper than the Toyota dealer and about $250 less expensive than the national repair shop in Montclair. Roberto was very clear with me when I went to pick up my car telling me exactly what they had done. And, he used true Japanese replacement parts and not anything from a lower quality manufacturer - he is not saving me money by giving me cheaper parts - the parts are genuine.

I could go on with the several interactions that I have had with Roberto Ramos and his team but I am guessing that you get the point by now: Roberto is a man of integrity and his leadership is reflected in his team. 

Go with Roberto Ramos as your mechanic - you will not go wrong and you will gain a trusted advisor and friend!
