My wife and I each had a $20 hand wash done today. No way do I ever go through one of those gas station car wash machines again. Outside of both cars spotless, insides vacuumed, windows washed, interior wiped down. All in about 30 minutes. Very pleased and will be back.

Very rude and unfriendly staff. Won't be wipe away the inside of your car. I talked to the manager whose name is Edwardo and he was the rudest of them all. He says everyone calls him rude. Will NEVER GO BACK. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to NOT waste their time or money at this trashy place.

i had to ask them to lift my 3rd row to clean the seats. they did not do a good job vacuuming. the prices are confusing as a ploy to upsell you and they still try to add on extras which should be covered in the package you already chose. the cashier is very friendly but the rest are not. :(

I have never written one of these before but felt this was just inexcusable. My husband and I took his new F150 and my Fusion which are both  black and in beautiful condition to this car wash. When my car was finished and I am not a picky person, but I noticed some of the little yellow spots still on it that just took a little rub with a damp cloth to remove I was told "we dont do that with the regular car wash." I said well we paid for the executive car wash. He said "we only get everything off of it if we do the hand car wash." I find that interesting and call me silly, but if I take my car to a car wash I expect it to be clean when done and especially if I pay $35 to clean it! I went into the office and asked the older lady behind the counter about it and she said if it doesnt come off in the tunnel or when he dries it, its not their problem.  I said well I understand if it was some type of sap or whatever and you have to pay more for a special product, but he cant use a little elbow grease to make sure the car is clean? Yikes! Told her we wont be back and she said that was fine. Customer Service is definitely lacking!

I don't recommend this place at all. After paying $45.00 in extras, they said that the rims we not included in the wash and I needed to pay $6.00 more said the car wash manager.  They really need to work on their customer service before no one uses them ☹️️.
