office staff are very rude sometimes. Rent go up every twice a year and you got to check your backyard if there is items box, bikes and weight etc... so i guess your backyard is not yours, when you are paying the space ( WTF?!!). Weed plants needs to remove all the time. If you got a home with a tree you have to trim them all the time, if you don't rent go up. Parking is the pain in the ass!! so many spot you can get your car towed away even you park front of your house for quick reason to get something and leave. GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS AREA Is cheaper to live here for City of Chino/Chino hills better then a apartment paying the same rent for a mobiles homes. Bigger rooms almost like a house less stress then owning a house! Its nice to have a house but more bills to take care. Of course i'm still dreaming to get out of here 9yr in my life and get a house, but I like this area everything is close by! love the 90 71 and 60 fwy! Just that office staff is the pain in the ass always looking for what reason to rise up your rent for!

Sad about the Reviews and rent going up twice a year. No pride it sounds like or care for the people living there

This park is really run down. Dog poop everywhere. Manager and office staff have the worst attitude. Parties every weekend at the club house. No parking. Wouldn't recommend to live here.

Prime location for a mobihome. Great location. Pool, guest parking, clean environment. Close access to 71 91 and 60 fwys.
