Excellent  costumer service performed here ! From first time I call to check price & availability, Amanda answers all my questions professionally that makes me doesn't want to go to other place. She also handle our sign-up process in a great & very comfortable way. 50% off & a free truck to move our stuff in ? It's really a great deal ! Brenda the manager is also awesome ! Very friendly, helpful, willing to do extra miles for us. Costumers are treated like a family here. 
The property is also very clean maintained. That's an extra point for this place. I strongly recommend this place if you need storage for your stuff.

Searched and searched for a safe place to place our trailer. When we found this place and met Brenda we were so happy. Brenda is top notch and provided the best customer service possible. Thanks for the extra help getting the beast into the spot. Brenda Rocks!

This is a great facility because it is well maintained.  Brenda is a fantastic manager and she is always ready to help customers at a moments notice.  If you have an issue or a problem then speak to Brenda and she will help you.  I have been with Rancho RV and self storage for 4 years and I never had an issue or problem of any kind.  I always made my payments online so that makes it very easy to keep my account up to date even when I was out of town.  If I need storage services again, then I would definitely return to store my stuff.

Awesome experience,  Brenda gave amazing customer service and got us exactly what we need at unbeatable prices.  I would recommend everyone to use their services.  :) No complaints.

Had a wonderful experience here... Called 3 other storage places before I called here. Spoke with Stephanie on the phone and she not only answered my questions but also gave me some pointers on how to pack my storage and offered a free truck to move in.  When I got there Stephanie made it easy and we were all signed up without a hassle.  Thanks for everything Stephanie we will definitely spread the word to come see you for storage. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
