My wife and I have been taking our cat Camille here for two years now and we have had nothing but positive experiences. Camille is an older cat but the staff at Randhurst has done a phenomenal job taking care of her and making sure she stays healthy. They have always been gentle with her and listen to us when we have any concerns about her health and then try to figure out the best solution. They helped us through a test regimen to figure out the source of a sudden bald spot and then worked with us to get it fixed and Camille has been doing great ever since.  We have primarily worked with Dr. Pollack but have seen Dr. Kumar on a few occasions and both have been excellent! I've already recommended this location to others in my life and am happy to recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a quality vet.

The doctors, nurses and all employees have been very helpful and kind to my dog and myself. They seem to love helping pets.
I have a difficult dog, quite nervous, they spend the time it takes for him to be calm, not just quick get them out the door like previous vets.

I took my puppy here for his first wellness visit. They have a great online scheduling system and then will call you to confirm. I got there and was immediately put in a room and did not have to wait long for someone to come in. They gave me extensive information on how to take care of a puppy which was so helpful to me because its my first! The vet was very nice during the visit and called me not too long after our appointment to discuss the lab results. I will definitely be continuing to have my puppy care at Randhurst!

I’ve been coming to Ranhurst Animal Hospital  hospital for many years.  It’s a pleasant experience from the moment you walk in the door.  The staff is friendly and professional and the doctors are excellent! I also must recommend Danielle the Groomer.  She is truly an artist.  I would not trust anyone else with my little doggie.

Dr.Cruikshank was great very nice doctor and very knowledgeable about her  Patients I recommend  Going to her If you live in the Mount Prospect area very clean great employees  and doctors was very patient thank my from smokey
