The Randolph County Community Arts Center is a non-profit organization promoting and supporting the arts in Randolph County and surrounding areas. RCCAC is located at the corner of Randolph Avenue and Park Street in Elkins, WV.

Mission

The mission of the Randolph County Community Arts Center is to enhance the cultural and economic life of our region by providing facilities and arts programming that will entertain, educate, and inspire all of our citizens.

Our vision is to be a leader in the cultural life of our region by: (1) providing arts education opportunities that will develop individual creativity and artistic expression; (2) presenting high quality art exhibits and musical performances from an eclectic mix of genres; and (3) hosting a wide variety of community activities and events.
