Mimi Cooper needs to be replaced by a human with a heart. Randolph County is one of only 12 counties still using gas chambers in their shelters. Mimi is using twin Gas chambers to torture animals to death, in full view of the animals caged up waiting for their turn . They watch and hear the animals loaded up and their corpses removed.  This is disgusting and not acceptable! We look forward to the day the commissioners wake up and make the changes necessary to bring Randolph County into the 21st century. This barbaric behavior must end !
