I had very bad teeth - my smile was not great, but I loved to smile. Dr Carlson helped me get the teeth and smile I wanted. He had great suggestions. All was explained - the costs, the schedule. Everything went smoothly and I have the smile I wanted - and great strong teeth!

I’m a new patient of Dr. Carlson but believe the dental care out of this office is the best I’ve ever encountered. The many positive reviews here from long-time patients of Dr. Carlson and Dr. Drury reflect exactly what I’ve found going in. I discovered their practice three months ago looking for someone to give me a second opinion for a problem that began under another dentist. On their website I liked their experience and sensible approach to treatment, as well as straightforward and convenient policies regarding insurance and operating hours. Now, following Dr. Carlson’s resolution of my initial problem and more recently a most thorough checkup and cleaning, I am so impressed there is no doubt I will be staying– I just regret not finding them long ago. They surpass all expectations I had going in – truly 21st century dental technology focused on common sense and what’s absolutely best for the patient. An added plus is the great office atmosphere – friendly and serene, and state-of-the-art, just like their practice. But mainly I’m relieved to find such expert care. I highly recommend them.

Great Dentist. I avoided going to a dentist for over a decade, but Dr. Carlson made me feel at ease and has been a wonderful dentist for the past 4 years. I've referred my family and friends to him and they're also equally satisfied with his office...some even travel from downtown San Diego! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
