Awesome people and the owner has been very dedicated in fixing the truck we bought from them.  They are truly nice people, have a good selection of cars and trucks.  Jacob or Jason always smiling when we see him, he act like we are his long time buddies, he makes us feel welcome.  They have gone out of their way to make everything right!

If you need a dependable car at a great price even if you have bad credit do yourself a favor and go to Randy Marion Hickory and ask for Tim. He went above and beyond for my family and he cares about his customers. He was able to get me the terms I wanted.

Called them back in July about a truck that was posted online. Like most people I had a budget. Told them what I had to spend and the truck I wanted. 2 mins later I got a call back with a deal. Sales team was up front and honest, and the truck is holding up great...It is a chevy after all lol. Want to thank Randy Marions sales team for not wasting my time, and being up front on the facts the whole time. Glad we drove the 80 miles to get to y'all
