Pretty disappointed so far, got a vegan order of chickpeas for lunch one day, and my expectations really weren't met. It was really just a cup of chickpeas and a cup of rice. Not bad at all, but far from the rich flavors I expect from an Indian restaurant. Nothing special about it at all, which is pretty disappointing for the $13 I spent. It also took forever to place my order, and I tried calling ahead with both the numbers they had listed and didn't get any response. I don't have a ton of time so it was pretty irritated to just sit there waiting for takeout.

Loved the food, definitely recommend getting the lunch buffet. The naan was almost addictive!

Authentic Indian RIP-OFF!! OVERPRICED-DISGUSTING-FOOD Not Recommended Gave it a shot as someone gifted us a groupon!! Here is why? 1. Pao Bhaji - Classic Indian Street Food of Mumbai. The Vegetables are supposed to be mashed and then cooked in butter and spices. The vegetables were not mashed, No Butter and NOT EVEN LEMON was provided. The bread was dry as Dollar store just opened a bakery. Still MOST EDIBLE thing on our table. 2. Bombay Burger- I really want to know who declared this as one of the best in DC. I want to make sure that I never follow the advice from that magazine or blogger again. Tasteless, bland and soggy potato ball was stuffed in the same dollar-store-bakery-buns---DISGUSTING!! 3. Spinach Chat- Who puts bland and tasteless boiled potato with Spinach Chat? 4. Salmon Tandoori- World's most Over-Priced Salmon Tandoori (NORTH WORTH). We paid $19.00 for two pieces of salmon that tasted Bland and under-cooked. I wonder if that Salmon was brought from Cooper River? 5. Gobhi Manchurian- Gobhi Manchurian is a dry dish and is supposed to be spicy. I paid $14.00 for Gobhi(Cauliflower) served with ketchup sauce. The portions are not even enough for one person. 6. Onion Kulcha - was soggy and average. 7. Tikka Masala Sauce - Ordered on the side- Sugary mixed with cream and ketchup-DISGUSTING!! 8. For 2 and half main courses- They brought - A quart of bowl of rice. My recommendations- Bollywood Bistro; Punjabi by Nature; Punjabi Junction; Wood Lands; Amma; Jaipur; Saffron; Mayuri; Biryani Point; Madrass Chopsticks; RASOI (Favorite); Bombay Tandoor

Excellent, i might sound insane but, I'm privileged to have this restaurant opened near to my place. The food was too good. No words to describe. I love it. I will visit again and again. The tasty food i have ever had so far in US. It is reasonably low cost buffet for just $12 (including taxes). Interior design and look was impressive. If they maintain the same way, they are going to be the best indian restaurant. Finally i want to say Rangoli made my day. All the best. I recommend this restaurant to all of my friends. The best part is that they have kids menu and kids buffet for lesser price. Perfect place for both vegetarians and non vegetarians
