I love Tropical Smoothie and it kinda sucks that this is the only one we have in Manassas. There was probably one other customer in the store along with myself so why do I have to wait 10 minutes to get a simple smoothie? I don't mind workers having fun and talking and what not, but at least do it AFTER you take care of the customer. It looks like you don't even care about your customers... On top of that, the flatbread I had ordered was completely wrong.. maybe if socializing time was done at an appropriate time, my order would've been correct. I probably won't go back to this establishment for awhile and it's a shame I've seen others complain about the service here and nothing has been done.

love the food, love the smoothies, staff is great...but there's always about 6 people in the back, maybe working, I can't assume anything. but the facts are, loooong wait times are always a thing here. so if you're in a hurry, pass this location. but otherwise, food is great and staff is knowledgeable and friendly if they are at the front.

Love my smoothies. They make the best. Always quick, clean and on point. If you don't have the app you should download it. Nothing like a free smoothie😄

Would not recommend eating at this tropical smoothie, found plastic in my chicken wrap as I was eating it. Very disgusted and will not be going back to this location.
