I’ve put up with the amazingly slow wait times and poor care for much too long. Aside from that they are THIEVES. They took money from me that I supposedly owed to them. Turns out it was supposed to go to the lab (an out of network lab that I never knew about until I received a bill from them six months later) I ended up having to pay the lab solely to keep my high credit score, but RAPHA doesn’t know what they did with the money or why I was told I owed them directly in the first place. It’s been stressful trying to resolve this and no one ever does anything because it’s supposedly Brittany’s job to fix it (who could care less). Once someone suggested I talk with her supervisor who profusely apologized for the error and said they would take care of it right away... Several more months have passed and no one will give an update, they just tell me billing is complicated or no one in billing is there today. My insurance even attempted to contact billing to resolve and they were told all the billing office systems were down. I just switched doctors for my annual pap and it’s been amazing, never knew going to the doctor could be such a breeze. So now I’m also researching better primary care facilities. I wonder how many other patients have double paid without questioning it. Mistakes don’t typically upset me too much because I understand what it’s like to be stretched thin at work but this place has no redeeming qualities.

My husband was there two weeks ago to get refill on prescriptions. They took blood, urine and a chest x-ray we were later told was ordered for another patient-not him. He was given appointment for an EKG. Went for EKG. Arrived on time, paid his Co pay and 2 1/2 hours later was getting more blood drawn, and more urine. Had not had his EKG done because the machine was broken. They had lost his lab work so all was being redone. So he paid Co pays twice for the same thing. He should have been told upon arrival that they could not do what his scheduled appointment was for. Instead they just took his money and repeated everything he paid for two weeks ago. Then when they looked for the doctor to talk with him they couldn't find him either. So they said the head nurse would talk to him but after being told that three times and she could not be located either we just left. Needless to say, alrhough he had been a patient there for years he will be searching out a new Doctor. As for me-i went in there very sick last year and they told me they just didn't have time for me. I guess that turned out to be a blessing as I was looking for a new primary care provider. My wife went there and spent and hour waiting to be seen and 2 hours in which they tried to have her take various tests and screenings that she wasn't originally there for (she was there to get a birth control prescription). After politely declining the requests for random services she didn't want they finally got around to asking her what she was there for. She asked for a birth control prescription which they said was no problem. They did the standard urine test for pregnancy and sent her on her way telling her that the local Rite-Aid pharmacy would have her prescription ready for her to pick up. Upon arrival, Rite-Aid told her they hadn't heard of any prescriptions being called in for her. She called the office and they informed her that because she denied to take any of the other unnecessary tests they tried to force on her that they would not call in her prescription. This was after telling her they would and making her drive all the way to Rite-Aid. When she complained and said they had officially accomplished nothing and that she wouldn't be paying for the visit since no actual services she had requested were rendered they told her she'd be getting a bill in the mail. That bill is not going to be paid and I am fully prepared to find out who to report their claim as fraud to and pursue action from there. They are literally attempting to collect money for doing none of what she asked for, lying to her face, and wasting 4 hours of her time she could have been at work making money with. I don't know how this place is in business.

I went there today, the receptionist was an older lady was EXTREMELY rude and nasty. First she tried to call me a liar about my social security number and I offered to show her my card, next she hands me a bill for my first visit, (although my insurance covered the cost). I spoke with my insurance company while in the lobby and they said it was covered. They're thieves that tried to get over on their people and VERY rude I will no longer go to them. A huge disappointment and a waste of time.

I have only been there once and scheduled to go in today. When i went for first time i did sit for awhile. Was there for about 3.5 hrs but when doctor came in he did take his time and answered all my questions. Felt comfortable when leaving. If you dont mind sitting and want a doctor that takes their job serious then i would reccomend this place.
