I can honestly say that I actually look forward to my appointments because I get to see and talk to the nicest staff and doctors you could ever ask for. I came to NC and needed a doctor, my co-worker told me about Dr. Carr. I'm glad she did she's the best I've ever had and will tell anyone needing someone to listen before acting to see her. She has really renewed my faith in the medical profession. Her staff is very friendly and will make sure your visit is a great one. She's been my PCP for the last five years and I have no intentions of moving to anyone else. She has helped me understand my illness and corrected me when I was going down the wrong path eating the wrong foods. She helped me make the decision of my life, I refused to do dialysis and she never pushed me. She told me if I wanted a kidney transplant to go for it and I am. Thank you for the wonderful service and keep up the good work you do for your patients. Alfonso Ferguson Sr.

I had searched long and hard to find a primary care physician like the one I found at Wade Medical in Fayetteville NC. Dr. Sandra Carr is very personable, professional and proactive. I really liked getting a printed report of each office visit prior to departing. She is quite talented - being able to listen to one's concerns and evaluate while documenting it on the computer is truly an amazing talent. Her office staff is also very caring, courteous and professional. No long waits for an appointment or your turn to see the doctor, and a reasonably comfortable lobby. Sadly, I moved over 120 miles away and needed to leave her practice. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great physician!

At her last appt dropped off paperwork for my mother in laws handicap placard renewal. The Dr. couldn't sign it during the appt. A "seven business day" processing time has turned into "we can't locate her paperwork". Talk about exceptional customer service.
