We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured with general liability and worker’s compensation insurance. Rapid Repairs has been serving the Lowcountry of South Carolina (Charleston, James Island, Johns Island, Kiawah, Seabrook, Folly Beach, Mt. Pleasant, North Charleston, Goose Creek, Ladson, Ravenel, Wadmalaw, and Summerville) since 1999 and giving our clients the peace of mind they deserve.

Rapid Repair are rip-off artist. They gave a price for a simple repair and then came back they day of the repair and changed the price. Then the actual work they performed was horrible. It looked like my 4 year old grandson did the repair. The wood was not the same size and it was misaligned. The paint was sloppy and the mudding was not finished, like they threw it on there. Not happy at all for a few dollars short of a thousand. They deserve no star but I had to choose at least one to post.

About six weeks ago I contacted a local contractor about having some work done on my house, they promised to get back to me within a week. Six weeks later, I was still waiting so I called Rapid Repairs. I called on a Thursday, a tech. came out Friday and the work was done on Monday. The work was done fast and done right, with no surprises. Their prices are really good, in fact they found a way to save me several hundred dollars that I had anticipated spending An outstanding company, which delivers exactly what they promise. I highly recommend them and the knowledgeable and courteous staff.

First time using Rapid Repairs and not our last! I had not heard of Rapid Repairs, but I was referred to use them. First impression - my technician was on time to repair my toilet. Customer service was friendly over the phone and my technician was too. My toilet was fixed!A+ for that. I like to be educated about the process of the repair and that was done without me having to ask. I will use them again for repairs. #rapidrepairs

We use Rapid Repairs for everything! Mr. Ray comes out when called and does an excellent job each time. Trustworthy, honest and dependable!

Have used Rapid Repairs multiple times in the past. This was for a ceiling fan installation and they were able to send someone the very same day I called. Installation was quick and very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone.
